These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cabbie.Today ("the App"), operated by Cayman Happy Drivers Ltd. T/A Cabbie.Today ("the Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Booking and Payment
By booking a taxi through the App, you agree to pay the applicable fare for the requested transportation service.
Payment for taxi services is processed through the App using the payment method provided by you.
The Company reserves the right to change fares and pricing policies at any time without prior notice.
3. Transportation Services
The Company facilitates transportation services by connecting users with independent taxi drivers.
The Company does not provide transportation services directly and is not liable for the acts or omissions of taxi drivers.
Users are responsible for verifying the identity and credentials of taxi drivers before accepting transportation services.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the App or the provision of transportation services.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent from the Company.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Company does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or the transportation services provided through the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the transportation services provided through the App.
The total liability of the Company for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transportation services in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cayman Islands.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cayman Islands.

Terms and Conditions for Drivers of Cabbie.Today

By signing up as a driver with Cabbie.Today, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the Cabbie.Today platform and the provision of transportation services.
1. Driver Eligibility
- Drivers must be at least 18 years old.
- Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and all necessary certifications as required by local laws.
- You must provide and maintain your own vehicle in safe, clean, and legally compliant condition.
- Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is insured and meets the required coverage stipulated by local authorities and Cabbie.Today.
2. Account Creation & Maintenance
- Drivers must provide accurate personal information, including contact details, vehicle information.
- Cabbie.Today reserves the right to verify your identity and background.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your driver account. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
3. Use of the Cabbie.Today Platform
- The Cabbie.Today app must be used exclusively for accepting ride requests, communicating with passengers, and using navigation tools.
- You agree to maintain an active internet connection and GPS signal when using the platform.
- Drivers must not use the app for unlawful purposes, such as offering services outside the app, engaging in illegal activities, or driving without proper insurance.
4. Fares
- Fares for rides are calculated by the Cabbie.Today platform based on Traffic (Public Passenger Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
- Drivers will receive payments for completed trips after deducting Cabbie.Today’s service fee.
- Payments are processed through the platform, and the earnings will be transferred to the bank account or payment method specified in your account.
- Drivers are responsible for paying their taxes and reporting income earned via the platform to the appropriate authorities.
5. Driver Conduct
- You agree to always provide professional and courteous service to passengers.
- Discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior towards passengers or staff will not be tolerated.
- You must comply with all traffic laws, including speed limits, seatbelt usage, and road safety regulations.
- You must not engage in driving while intoxicated, distracted driving (such as using your phone without hands-free equipment), or other dangerous behaviors.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs are strictly prohibited while driving or during ride acceptance.
6. Vehicle Standards
- The vehicle you use for Cabbie.Today must be in good working condition, clean, and safe for passengers.
- Routine maintenance and inspections must be conducted to ensure the vehicle remains compliant with local regulations and Cabbie.Today’s safety standards.
- If your vehicle becomes unsafe, you are required to stop using the platform until the issues are resolved.
7. Cancellations & Trip Acceptance
- Drivers are expected to accept a reasonable percentage of ride requests. Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in penalties or suspension.
- If you must cancel a ride, please notify the passenger promptly via the app and provide a valid reason.
- Unauthorized cancellations, especially based on a passenger's destination, race, gender, or other discriminatory reasons, are strictly prohibited.
8. Termination & Suspension
- Cabbie.Today reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that endanger passengers, violate the law, or damage the reputation of the platform.
- Drivers may terminate their relationship with Cabbie.Today at any time by providing written notice but must settle any outstanding payments or obligations.
- In the event of termination, Cabbie.Today will not be liable for any lost income or damages.
9. Insurance and Liability
- Drivers must maintain proper insurance for their vehicles, covering both personal and commercial use.
- Cabbie.Today provides limited liability coverage during trips but is not responsible for damages to your vehicle or other property during the provision of transportation services.
- In the event of an accident, you must notify Cabbie.Today when able and follow all local laws regarding reporting.
10. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
- Cabbie.Today collects personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR). By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your data for service-related purposes.
- Drivers are prohibited from sharing passenger personal information, including names, addresses, and contact details, with third parties.
- You must respect passenger privacy and not engage in unauthorized contact with passengers after the completion of a trip.
11. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of disputes between you and passengers or you and Cabbie.Today, we encourage resolution through our customer support platform.
- For unresolved disputes, binding arbitration may be used as a final step, according to the procedures set out by Cabbie.Today.
12. Amendments
- Cabbie.Today reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Compliance with Local Laws
- As a driver, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including traffic regulations and, employment laws.
- You must understand and adhere to the transportation laws and regulations in your region, including any licensing requirements for providing ride-hailing services.
14. Indemnification
- Drivers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cabbie.Today, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your provision of services.
15. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cayman Islands. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be conducted in the courts of Cayman Islands.
